Microgreens are tiny herbs and vegetables, harvested once they have developed their first set of true leaves. They are packed with concentrated nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, making them a healthy and delicious addition to any meal.

Use them in salads, sandwiches, wraps, omelettes, smoothies, as garnish or in just about anything else! We’ll be introducing a recipe blog soon to give you some ideas on how get creative with packing these nutritious greens into your diet - watch this space…

All our greens are harvested before being packed, but we’re looking at selling living greens in future so you can harvest them at home for ultra-freshness. We’re also experimenting with other varieties too, so get in touch if you have any suggestions!

Microgreens need to be stored in the fridge between 1°C - 4°C to stay fresh.

Stored correctly, microgreens will stay fresh for about 7 days. The benefit of buying locally is that you can get them from the same day of harvest! All our microgreens come with best before dates on the packaging, for peace of mind.

Some varieties shed their hulls easily whilst others like to hang around. Don’t worry though - these should come off when you rinse your microgreens before eating.

None of our products contain any of the 14 official allergens recognised in the UK.

We are not registered with the Vegan Society, however no ingredients of animal origin are intentionally used in the making of our products.

We use coco coir as our growing medium - a natural fibre derived from coconut husks, which is a vegan, eco-friendly alternative to traditional compost.

We are not certified organic.

We do not use any artificial chemicals or pesticides in any part of our growing process.

Our packaging is BPA-free plastic, made from recycled materials and can be recycled again.
